Israel did not write the balfour, san remo or the mandate. They were tasked to create a jewish state in their ancient homeland.

Palestinians have not met their obligation in any agreement.

Then do explain how Israel has prejudiced the rights of the non Jewish population, as they gave them the right to live in peace as Israeli citizens. Once they refused and instigated war they lost those rights forever. That in enshrined in International Law.
