If Russia didn't care about civilians Ukraine would look like GAZA, you don't seem to know the relationship between many Ukrainians and Russians over centuries, living together marriages and other family ties, there are millions of Ukrainians living and working in Russia, it's the Banderite Ukrainians who are the problem and have been since WW2, the US and their vassals have been using them as a proxy force all that time.
