Instagram help, please

I have been trying to open an Instagram account but when I need to enter the 6 digit kod they give me it replies that it doesn't exist. What am I supose to do? I've tried 4 new kods with the same result.

If you have a facebook account, it should let you log in from that. I am on Instagram. But I hardly ever use it. I am on Threads, though. It is also owned by Meta.

I just swipe one of the kiddie's phones if I really want to see something on instagram which is almost never. I hopped off the facebook train 8 years ago and am not getting back on it.

Never heard of it, just looked... it looks similar to Vine. Just a bunch of short/random videos.
