The most notable and curious aspect of the plan is that $75,000/yr. is considered "higher income" and will receive little or no benefit from the plan. Plus, the plan sunsets in three years.

So? You're upset that single people earning more than 75K or couples earning more than 150K are going to get limited or no benefit?
