Google tried to fix the problem in 2019 but it didn't take long for scripts to be written that detect incognito mode. Recently Google again promised a fix but to date still no fix. Basically incognito mode is a joke.

Furthermore, developers have taken the scripts shared last year and have expanded support to non-Chrome browsers, such as Firefox and Safari, allowing sites to block users in incognito mode across the board.
Blocking incognito mode detection won't stop advertisers from tracking users in incognito mode, as both website operators and advertisers will still see information such as IP addresses and other traffic data.

Google didn't try to fix anything. I don't believe that for a nanosecond.

Okay guys, I'm suggesting a VPN now.
Or you can like, fish and use anonymous proxies.
It's really just scanning the internet for them. There always are some, and they almost always die within 24 hrs. One time I chained 9 together and it worked for like..3hrs.
Then one died and had to figure out which. Not fun.
