probably the worst English speaking in the world, and it is their 1st language!
They can't even understand each other very well!

But for the most part they just run on sentences without pause or inflection

Brits and Indians best, a lot of Germans next, in fact many adopt Regional American accents, same as Brits, quite well. Don't know if that's related to different parts of Germany or not, though, but the Rhineland region seems to be predominant. Heidi Klum speaks very good American English; I would guess she's from west Germany.
