What on earth are you trying to talk about? Germany modernized its sexual criminal law relatively recently. Since then, there have logically been more sexual offenses, as the rules have been tightened – but there have also been fewer actual incidents with a truly tragic background.

And what strange Polish statistics are you talking about? How would Polish police officers know what cases their German colleagues are working on, unless it's a joint investigation, which is relatively rare?

Been like that for many years. I remember many years ago reading an article (UK) that some 70% of crime was from immigrants, and most of that was between the immigrants. So it's easy to say the likes of London is becoming more crime ridden, and it is from and between immigrants, not from indigenous Brits. But idiot politicians foolishly think multiculturalism works.
