I never realized that Earl Thomas Conley had so many #1 songs until I saw his radio listing here. Right here is my most favorite song from him which was his final big song going as far as #2 in 1991 for him and fellow late great legend Keith Whitley.

It was on this day twenty one years ago my late beautiful precious Steve Sanders of the Oak Ridge Boys went forward. This was the first of the act's final two #1 songs. Steve was the leader for both songs, I love him SO much!!!
