WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following the U.S. Supreme Court's latest ruling in favor of President Trump, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson penned a scathing rebuke in a dissenting opinion where she simply wrote "Wakanda Forever."

In a 6-3 ruling, the court limited the ability of federal judges to file nationwide injunctions against executive orders, prompting Justice Jackson to defiantly quote Black Panther.

JUSTICE JACKSON, with whom JUSTICE KAGAN and JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR join, dissenting.

Wakanda Forever.
The dissenting opinion raised eyebrows from conservative justices who reportedly expected their liberal colleagues to at least have some kind of argument based on legal precedent.

"It's like they just want to rule against Trump regardless of the law," said Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh. "But she seemed really proud of her 'Wakanda Forever' opinion. Weird."

Top legal analysts admitted that they were also perplexed by the dissenting opinion, saying it used obscure legalese they could not understand.

"No one knows what that means," said lawyer Alan Dershowitz. "Good thing dissenting opinions don't really matter. I wasn't all that impressed with Black Panther, to be honest."

At publishing time, Justice Jackson amended her dissenting opinion to include an exclamation mark so everyone would know how adamant she was.

She's always been an empty bag.

Well, lessee--- Jackson is a woke racist POS who can't say what a woman is (she is a woman!) nominated to the court by a senile racist installed POS fake president, so this is about what you'd expect.

More proof that the unhinged left has come completely unglued under the weight of their failure to destroy Trump politically, their failure to destroy him legally or financially, to destroy him criminally, to destroy him physically, and finally, to defeat him in the polls. Now the law is on his side too and they can't even hose up his efforts through obstruction.

We are seeing clear just how much the peaceful transfer of power means to the Left. They want it peaceful when THEY win, but will fight you to their last breath when you win.

Wakanda is a comic book fictional country in Africa. I take Jackson's dissent as wholly unprofessional unbecoming of a Justice and of making a subtle threat to Trump and the country as a whole. In any sane country, this woman would be impeached and immediately removed from her position.

OMG, that is hilarious!

The obvious threat to the republic is the deliberate crimes of ICE avoiding judicial due process.
That not only is illegal, but violates the entire concept of any republic.

Because its an immigration, not judicial process.

Wrong.
Anything you can have government effecting rights, it is a judicial process.
For example, I have been stopped by ICE and they illegally demanded to see what was in the trunk of the car.
ICE is illegally raiding businesses and homes without warrants.

You do not understand what a republic is.
In a republic, basic rights of all human beings is the only source of legal authority.
That means all people are equal, regardless of race, religion, or country of origin.

Nope, she just writes for the Babylon Bee is all.
LOL. That's funny. I didn't know SC justices were allowed side gigs such as Babylon Bee. Next thing you know, they'll be appearing on CNN and MSNBC as part-time anchors berating Trump for eating Big Macs because he must own McDonald's stock.

I've seen the movie, but I do not see the connection to the idea of limiting federal judges' power to issue injunctions to block presidential decisions on a national basis. Seems like overreach to me, the SCOTUS or Congress should be the only entities capable of doing that. And they could/should on an emergency basis, if warranted. You don't want an out-of-control president, but you also don't want low-level federal judges overruling every executive action or decision he makes.
