You do realize that NUMEROUS states have passed laws banning the carry of weapons in certain places and they've been ruled constitutional? You can't carry a gun into a school, constitution doesn't mention that, so that means I can ignore the laws banning it? Better not, or else you'll go to jail if you don't wind up dead first.
