Graham Phillips (UK) and John Mark Dougan (US), two Western propagandists working for Putin's regime, are embroiled in a scandal as they accuse each other of pedophilia, attempted rape, and fraud.

A Russian Telegram channel Ostorozhno, Novosti (Beware, News) reports that the conflict allegedly involves a 16-year-old girl, purportedly Dougan's "friend," brought to Russian-occupied Luhansk. Phillips allegedly attempted to sexually assault the girl, leading to her suicide.

Phillips denies the allegations, claiming Dougan is running a smear campaign and that he's now blacklisted by Moscow media.
