An amazing thing about MSM. This gem comes from USA Today:

Trump's immigration policies are broadly unpopular, with just 35% disapproving of his handling of the issue, according to the poll.

35% is a far cry from a majority. Just putting the word 'disapproving' in the title shows how bias the article is. Whatever floats your boat, no matter how much it parts with reality.

From the article:

" But this year, even among Republicans, views on immigration have grown significantly rosier – 64% of Republicans now believe immigration is a good thing, a 25-point jump from June of 2024. The fraction of Republicans who think immigration should decrease has fallen from 88% to 48% in that time span."

I really have strong doubts about how that question was phrased.

I'm thinking unclear wording so that some republicans think they are expressing support for "immigration POLICY" or some such shit.

90% of Americans think immigration policies are too lenient and under enforced.

One of the basic functions of local government is to provide public schools.
We certainly pay a LOT of taxes for it. Federal funds as well.

Obviously it wasn't Illegal immigration they asked about.

You can bet the farm that the phrasing of the questions were made to get the responses that Gallup wanted.

LOL....We just had another Saturday morning with nary a Hispanic at our DMV. Trump has them on the run!
I visited my sister in LA quite awhile back....and I went to the doctors with her....and the waiting room was packed full with people who couldn't speak English to save their lives.
They looked exactly like the folks I had to deal with during foreign deployments.
This was back 25 years ago.
I hear now that the roads have very little traffic in LA.
Most of the stores are like during the early days of the pandemic....because everyone is afraid of being deported.
I can imagine how fresh the air is for once.
No smog from all of the idiots driving everywhere.
