It's somewhat amusing that Chutkan told at least 3 people being sentenced that those inciting them are not jailed, despite the felons complaints that they were misled.

That might have something to do with her impartiality but for two things: ONE she told the truth. TWO she doesn't decide Trump's guilt or non guilt.

She's not buds with prosecutors (or source of income like Scalia and Thomas). She's not suggested Trump's guilty or innocent.

There are multiple reports available from "reputable" sites. IF Trump is proven to have incited the riot or conspiried to overturn an election that was certified by states .... And if the prosecution shows he incited those people whom she sentenced while they said "but we thought it was a good thing" then she's very likely gonna throw the book at him (not literally) because she is a hard time judge.
