6'7"38 at 295? Wow! How tall are you? I am a tight 40 at 228 and about 71 inches.
Had some turkey home made mac and cheese, corn, little bit of cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, and pecan pie. Afterwards put on my boots and walked three miles Then played with the grand kids.That is great, bigrebnc. Keep it up.
We enjoy the gym, the exercise, the walking walking walking.

I bought three 34x34, and cannot get in them.
I have some other 34x34 that are just fine.
And the belt loops pop a lot too.
Funny how when they were made in America, in the 60's they lasted years, and cost under $5.00.
Now, made anywhere from Bangladesh to Vietnam, the are just junk.
About $50 a pair, as I recall.
