I'm Confused

Democrats and the left have repeatedly claimed that a fetus has no right to life until after it is born, even at the nine month mark. So, no matter what the circumstances are, if you haven't been born, you do not have a right to life. But now democrats are against the born alive bill in the House, even though they previously claimed repeatedly that a fetus born alive has the right to life. Maybe someone can explain this to me.
