California can't afford to lose 17,000 commercial drivers, we have a truck driving shortage to start with.

All CA did was extend the time to get their paperwork together.

Trump did not cancel the part of NAFTA that allows Mexican and Canadian drivers onto US Roads, because we can't afford it.
