If Trump wants to win the tariff war with U.S citizens, he needs to demand national security on debt and they choose: tariffs or balance budgets.

It's that simple.

Americans and the courts can decide "do we want forced balanced budgets for the next 15 years or so, or, do we want to accept tariffs to help the U.S lower their debt?

I guarantee you that NO court is going to deny the continued cash for corporatism and donor benefits.

Everyone from Rand Paul to Elon Musk says that your debt is a danger to national security, America was elected to apply tariffs and apply to debt.

Courts have to stop overturning the will of the American citizen.

I agree on the courts. But I'm still in wait and see mode on the tariffs. So far they are bringing in billions of revenue to the U.S. treasury while inflation remains stable.

Trump may be onto something that will get us a lot closer to that balanced budget.

The problem is that this is exactly what some, especially China, do NOT want.

There are forces trying to sink the U.S dollar and your Super Power status forever, There is no way the courts should ever be weighing in on this. Ironic that CHina didn't sign a deal, perhaps they knew such a ruling was coming?
