Well, NY doesn't have the death penalty, so that leaves imprisonment.

NY State still has black guy Colin Ferguson on ice for shooting up a train full of Honkies on Long Island a few years ago.

Mr. Gendron should be penciled in as Mr. Ferguson's new cellie if he makes it to priison.

It would be interesting to see the two debating race issues on the yard as their positions seem pretty contradictory.

If not the death penalty then he gets away with mass murder. Many think that life behind bars is worse than the death penalty, but those lifers are happy as hell to be alive regardless of prison conditions. Many eventually justify their crimes in twisted mental game they play with themselves, even to the point of bragging about them. It gives them 'prison cred' Richard Speck openly bragged about killing those nurses.

Life without parole times ten
The psycho is 18 yrs/old & could easily live another 60+ years if he's not murdered by other prisoners.
The avg cost per inmate per yr in NY is over $82,000 x 60 = $4,920,000.
That's if he's not in NYC, where the avg cost is over $555,000/yr x 60 = $33,300,000.
Is that really what you would do here?

"New York invests billions of dollars to hold people behind bars in local jails. In 2019, a typical New York county spent more than $225 to incarcerate a single person for a single night, or more than $82,000 per year. In fact, jail budgets have grown even as the number of people in jail has gone down. Every dollar spent on the jail comes at the expense of funding other services that could help to build healthy and safe communities."

"Annual cost of incarceration grew to $556,539 a person per year – or $1,525 each day
The full annual cost per person nearly quadrupled from FY 2011 to FY 2021
Despite a 15% decline in the average daily population, the absolute number of violent infractions rose slightly from FY 2020 to FY 2021"

Yup
Jail costs money

Worry not...
There are at least 1,000 assimilated, self-hating, US hating Jews waiting to defend this piece of garbage.

It would be a lot more efficient just to move the condemned right to the electric chair.

Or better yet, green alternatives that don't use fossil fuels like hanging or the La Garotte.

Pay a Chicago thug $10.00 to put a bullet though his head.

Well, NOT by driving him to a Burger King.

Why do you have a problem with the state feeding prisoners? I heard the libs complaining about this numerous times, they don't think that a honky merely accused of killing a black should be fed even something shitty.

It isn't like the accused demanded to be taken to Olive Garden or other fine dining establishment for chow.

I support the death penalty

Which this case is made to order for

Execute him by firing squad.

Next, Darrell Brooks and Frank James.

That means the feds would have to take over the case, and right now the feds aren't executing anyone, or maybe even prosecuting death penalty cases.

I think the pajama boys in NY should bring back the DP

This isn't a federal crime. Mr. Gendron wasn't alleged to have crossed state lines or international borders, none of his alleged victims were mailmen or IRS agents. Strictly a state crime, that he chose to commit in a state without an electric chair.

Probably why he decided to do it where he did- it would have been a deadly mistake to have committed the atrocity in Florida.
