Not really. What if they get wasted before they come to the airport? I can see quite a few bars opening close to the airport providing free shuttles to the airport.

Don’t serve booze in the airport or the plane, that would call a halt to it. And the pilots should have a supply of strong plastic cuffs, for anyone that gets out of control, just have them handy.
