IDF demolishes home of Shlomit Krigman murderer

The military courts authorized the demolition. It is in the Nuremberg transcripts, and it was the defense. Didn't work.

They don't demolish the homes of Jewish terrorists. Even if they burn a family alive.

Bring it on Numbnuts. Lets see those transcripts or it didn't happen. According to your favorite source, Hitler and Himmler ordered it.

On the very day of the assassination attempt Hitler ordered an investigation and reprisals, suggesting that Himmler send SS General Erich von dem Bach-Zelewski to Prague; according to Karl Hermann Frank's postwar testimony, Hitler knew Zelewski to be even harsher than Heydrich.[26] Hitler favored killing 10,000 politically unreliable Czechs, but after he consulted Himmler, the idea was dropped because Czech territory was an important industrial zone for the German military and indiscriminate killing could reduce the productivity of the region.[27]

The Nazi retaliation ordered by Himmler was brutal nonetheless. More than 13,000 were arrested, including Jan Kubiš' girlfriend Anna Malinová, who subsequently died in the Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp. First Lieutenant Adolf Opálka's aunt, Marie Opálková, was executed in the Mauthausen camp on 24 October 1942;[28] his father, Viktor Jarolím, was also killed.[29] According to one estimate, 5,000 were killed in reprisals.[30]

Intelligence falsely linked the assassins to the villages of Lidice and Ležáky. A Gestapo report identified Lidice as the assailants' suspected hiding place since several Czech army officers exiled in England at the time were known to have come from there. In addition, the Gestapo had found a resistance radio transmitter in Ležáky.[31] In the village of Lidice, destroyed on 9 June 1942, 199 men were executed, 95 children taken prisoner (81 later killed in gas vansat the Chełmno extermination camp; eight others were taken for adoption by German families), and 195 women were immediately deported toRavensbrück concentration camp. All adults, men and women, in the village of Ležáky were murdered. Both towns were burned, and the ruins of Lidice leveled.[32][33]

IDF engineers accompanied by Border Police forces and the Civil Administration destroyed last night the home of Hussein Mohammed Abu Gosh, the terrorist who along with an accomplice murdered Israeli woman Shlomit Krigman in an attack on a supermarket in Beit Horon.

During the demolition operation local Arab residents rioted, hurling rocks, firebombs, cinderblocks and improvised explosives at Israeli forces. Two solders were lightly wounded as a result, and are being treated at Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital.

IDF forces responded first with non-lethal riot control weapons, but were eventually forces to use live fire against several main instigators of the violent attacks. A number of hits were identified.

Krigman was stabbed to death in the attack in January, which also left another 23-year-old woman seriously injured.

How anyone, even a Nazi, could kill such a beautiful young woman is beyond me.

May she now rest in peace
Just one house? They should be leveling the entire block.

How anyone, even a Nazi, could kill such a beautiful young woman is beyond me.

I didn't know that the bastard murderers of this lady were card carrying members of the National Socialist German Workers' Party... :cuckoo:
They were members of the Palestinian IslamoNazi terrorist party.

Same thing, different geographical location.

So you're saying that if your fellow Nazi's can't do it legally how does Israel manage to do it legally ?

Its simple. International law. The Geneva Conventions clearly give Israeli courts jurisdiction within the disputed territories. The courts have decided, not some individual as occurred in your example.

You really don't know history very well do you ?

I know history far too well for you, which is why you are constantly made a fool of. Your Israeli latter day Nazi buddies, the Israelis are breaking international law, that's just a fact.

It was not an individual that determined that homes would be demolished, it was the determination of the military courts in Nazi occupied Czechoslovakia.

If you're interested in latter day Nazis, look no further than the Palestinians and their genocidal Nazi mufti founder.

Yikes, there ya go posting that inconvenient truth again.

BRAVO ZULU Israel!

I absolutely agree with the decision to destroy that property.......................That property didn't really belong to the killer anymore anyway..............when he murdered he lost his dang rights to that place............Israel basically owned it then and can destroy it.......

Geneva conventions or did you forget about the trouble we had explaining that Jordanian law does not apply to the Jews.

They can destroy any building that has been used for any military or terrorist act under International law as a deterrent to the Palestinians doing it again. This does not apply to the Jews as you were educated 2 months ago.

Seems that you want to have another round of being shown silly and uneducated

Bull shit.

It was Hitler and Himmler who ordered the response to the assassination.

The courts had nothing to do with it. :--)

Once again the Geneva Conventions clearly give the occupying power the right to enforce court decisions which is exactly what Israel does. Your example is pure BS and has no similarities to processes laid down in international law IE the Geneva Conventions.

You compare israeli actions to Nazi actions?

You're having comprehension issues again

IDF engineers accompanied by Border Police forces and the Civil Administration destroyed last night the home of Hussein Mohammed Abu Gosh´s family, thus committing a War crime

Hold on, let me get my waders on over here, its getting pretty deep.

OK now what was that about a war crime ? The case went through a lengthy court process and the ruling went against the terrorist accomplices.

Where's the crime.

If you're about to cry collective punishment you lose because the it was determined by a court that there must have been involvement by the family in order for this to have taken place. Collision is a crime, aiding an abetting a criminal is a criminal act itself. The penalty for which is one extra flat house.

Article 33(1) of the Fourth Geneva Convention imposes a concrete and absolute prohibition of collective punishment by emphasizing the principle of individual responsibility:

"No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited."

You're an idiot

Define protected person ? Or better yet define what actions might result in someone losing their protected persons status

Anyone aiding or suspected of aiding an enemy combatant forfeits their protected persons status.

IV Geneva Convention
Art 5 Dipshit ;--)

Quote

  • Art. 5 Where in the territory of a Party to the conflict, the latter is satisfied that an individual protected person is definitely suspected of or engaged in activities hostile to the security of the State, such individual person shall not be entitled to claim such rights and privileges under the present Convention as would, if exercised in the favour of such individual person, be prejudicial to the security of such State.
  • Where in occupied territory an individual protected person is detained as a spy or saboteur, or as a person under definite suspicion of activity hostile to the security of the Occupying Power, such person shall, in those cases where absolute military security so requires, be regarded as having forfeited rights of communication under the present Convention.

End Quote

BOOM

Terrorists and or those aiding terrorists are not protected persons. The Israeli courts decide if those present in the home constitute co conspirators in a terrorist act. Thats why it goes to court Fool, because the Israeli's are actually following the Geneva Conventions even though they do so with reservations.

Certainly, the 4 year brother or sister of the alleged terrorist living in the house that is being demolished is a protected person.
