The ground cover at the 730 to a little after 8 in this video. Ignore the 2 phonies. Just the ground cover

It comes out of the ground in a clump like leaves from a bulb, like a daffodil or something. It's more clear in the plants on the right of the sidewalk, which seem to be the same thing.
