Democrat Party - the REAL Fascist Party
While I am not a regular contributor to this forum, the post I am about to publish, while not one I desired to publish; because I usually like to post something for a little shock value some of the shock - this is a needed post. I do not care about your political party affiliation, you have a right to travel to your place of employment, travel to a destination of meeting up with friends to enjoy life or whatever your travels may be, even if it is just to do some shopping, regardless of what your travels no matter how long or short, you should have a right to feel safe in doing so.
Unfortunately, there is this scum that wears black robes and thinks they are mightier than God Himself. Somehow; I do not believe there will be hardly any judges in Heaven. There was a time when judges were to be respected, but now, outside of Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, I have zero respect for anyone who wears a black robe. We have criminal loving judges who release repeat, hardened criminals and these so-called judges could care less what the impact is, they know they will not be held accountable.....at least currently. Keep in mind, when these violent, repeat offenders are released by someone who has zero qualifications to be a judge - the criminal when they commit their crime is not going to ask: "are you a Democrat or a Republican?", they could care less, they just want to commit their next crime. Dealing with this problem will require efforts regardless of political party affiliation.
I am going to give my suggestions, and I am sure there are some of you who can add to them. Perhaps in this thread we can come together for a ideas to petition our elected officials with in dealing with garbage judges and make society a safer place.
1. If a judge releases a violent repeat offender and that person they release commits another crime, the victim can sue the judge for everything they have. If the victim is deceased, then the victim's family can sue the judge for everything they have and own.
2. In addition to #1, the victim or the victim's family can sue to have the judge banned for life from the judiciary system and process.
3. Any crime the criminal commits, the judge can be prosecuted as an accessory to the crime.
Something has to be done about this. Judges need to be put in their place and held accountable. If a bartender keeps serving alcoholic beverages to someone they know is inebriated, and that drunk gets a DUI, or causes a traffic accident, well; the bartender can be held accountable. With that in mind, a bartender, like a judge has a job to due, the only difference is the bartender is held accountable while the judge is not - that is wrong.
