I live somewhere in rural Austria European Union

Seems less advanced then in Austria
In Austria even if i have no identification with me the police knows im austrian citizen where i was born where i reside my security number and everything

When they swatted me they knew im austrian citizen eventhough i had no identification with me at hand when i gave my statement

How did the police know all about you? Do they know that much about all of you? We don't make it a habit of tracking citizens who haven't done anything.
They just look me up in the database

It seems they did thought he did something wrong when they detained him for ten days but were not able to verify his identity

Other news reports indicate that he was intentionally wandering near the Border Patrol Station in Nogales, Arizona, very close to the border, and that he actually TOLD Border Patrol that he was a Mexican citizen that had entered illegally in search of work. According to those "other" reports the Border Patrol actually served-up a signed confession to that effect.

Why would he do that? Was he trying to set himself up as a Wrongfully Deported American Citizen so that his people could conjure-up his US papers and then make a big Cecil B. DeMille media production out of the thing? Failed Libtard Activism?

US citizen wrongfully arrested by border patrol in Arizona held for nearly 10 days
