True, however, entering the country illegally is a criminal matter under U.S. law, specifically under 8 U.S.C. § 1325, which outlines penalties for improper entry. Simply referring to a person as undocumented does not absolve them ofany penalty for their entry status.

ICE aggressively going after illegals, especially the 400,000 convicted criminals let into the US by the Biden disaster is saving at least 200,000 American lives during Trump-47's term. Trump ran on deporting illegals like Clinton, Bush, and the Deporter-in-Chief Obama did. You weren't complaining then.
Entering the US illegally is a crime.

If the democrat run "sanctuary" cities and states would hand illegals over and honor ICE detainers instead of releasing them into the communities where ICE has to arrest them and create dangerous situations, there would be no "gestapo". There is no reason to release criminals into the community except to create chaos as an election issue.

In essence, what we are seeing is the difference between what the law says between one administration which just didn't care and was as crooked as all hell, vs one that actually cares and is using the law to its fullest extent.

The "reign of terror" you refer to is caused by the protestors. Were they not at the scene, the officials could ask questions, get answers and either arrest the individual if needed or let them go if they were truly legally here. Putting a law officer's life in jeopardy while performing his duties is the real cause. Your idiotic condoning of behavior that is at the root of the problem coupled with your apparent inability to understand reality that doesn't match your preconceived ideas is astounding.
