If he can prove her claims were false he can sue her and get his kids back. It can be expensive unless he is able to find a lawyer to take his case pro bono. They are out there, but can be difficult to find.

The police already have enough reasons to jail people.

I think you are confusing the police with the district attorney.

District attorneys can and do jail people for lying to the police already.

It's called perjury.

The wives are the best at telling tales, just to get the hubby locked up on a weekend. The law gives the Cops no margin in the matter. It is a great way to have the time to spend with your boy friend.
