Such an "oversight" boils down to rank incompetence, which isn't anything new.

I think it was the earliest thread but was posted BEFORE Trump actually did it.

In that regard it should have not been used in the consolidation thread.

Whoever posted a thread after (or during) Trump's appearance at Mickey-Ds should have been the thread used as it was then that it actually happened.
