Biden's White House criticized Tucker Carlson for exercising his free speech rights. How far do Dems want to go on this? Scary stuff.

---During Carlson’s two-hour sit-down with Darryl Cooper, a podcaster whom he said may be the best and most honest popular historian in the United States---

So...........Tucker has the right to free speech but Biden doesn't?
Was Carlson arrested?

This is free speech. One person expressed an opinion while another expressed a differing opinion.

It's sad how many do not understand the concept of free speech.

Are you going to vote for Harris/Wray who have advocated for controlling speech?
Who literally said not all speech should be free, that the government needs to control misinformation?
If you are - yuo are one helluva hypcrite

This from the same guy that said college students do not deserve free speech.

It is a shame you are too fucking stupid to see the irony of your own post

This has got to be one of the dumbest threads ever.

Biden has to agree to EVERYTHING that is "free speech"....

You always come across as a parody account.

Trump did the same.

He didn't have the power to do it.
Harris and a Democrat controlled congress will.
And you can bet your ass that if Harris is elected - they will 100% set out to turn America into Britian.

Always with the excuses.

While the government is not actively involved in curtailing speech in this country there are things that are disturbing about both sides speaking against the speech of others. Which I guess is their free speech, but, as the division gets worse here, it is easy to see where one side or the other could use government power to curtail the speech they don't like, or disagree with....In our case at this moment in time, that would likely be progressive democrats IMHO....

Always with the excuses.
Always with the deflection and denial.
I said - they have literally said the government needs to control speech.
And you deflect, then want to admonish me for not responding to your deflection.
But - you have been here a long time, and this is what you do.

You blamed one side. I pointed out it is both sides.

Be honest?

That's got to be one of the most ignorant statements. Turn it into Britain...???

Britain that is locking people up for speech that IS NOT PROTECTED BY FREE SPEECH in the UK or in the US... hmmm....

And "you can bet your ass" sounds like "I believe the other side want to do everything I don't like" kind of nonsense.

Free speech includes liability suits.
