I need massive improvement at work or I am fired !!

Had a huge meeting and it seems I am either average or way way below average in every single category

It seems I have only 7 weeks to fix over 50 things or i am both fired and expelled from my program


After dealing with back pain and mental health issues this only complicates and exacerbates my many problems


I am starting to think I am a schmendrick !!


they gave me pages of crap to read but I hate reading things and it’s very long

But he doesn’t. He’s a racist asshole with -at minimum- some sort of Asperger’s.

He skims the internet looking for stories about black people doing bad things and then creates entire threads about each one he finds.

Probably doing so because he thinks the “likes” he gets from the resident racists here count as a friend substitute.

He deserves the situation he’s in as well as deserving the ridicule he gets for the pathetic anecdotes from his life that he bafflingly chooses to share

I think the key here is to start showing improvements in the areas they have addressed. They should be meeting with you weekly to go over your progress, if not you should insist they do....and in my experience with these Performance Improvement Programs the positive progress is critical, even if you don't hit the exact final goal they have set for you.
