It's clear to me that the US doesn't want the Reps or the Dems but feel they have to vote for one or the other and vote NEGATIVELY.

The Reps and Dems don't want a proper, democratic electoral system, so there isn't one. Democracy can go **** itself so people who want to get rich doing the bidding of the rich can do so easily without having to actually have good policies.
