I was walking like a 90 year old man and went to the doctor and all she could do was prescribe some Tylenol. So I had no clue on what to do as I walked with a painful hip and knee and always had to take 5 pain killers before a date to avoid limping. Then a coworker turn me on to Fish Oil and I started taking 5 Pills a day because of my height and weight in 2012. After a year I stopped taking Fish Oil because I had no more pain when I woke in the morning. Before Fish Oil I was unable to get up from a chair or run down the steps.

So what do we need doctors for again?

You would not think oil was good for a fish.

My mom made us eat a tablespoon of fish oil (cod liver oil I believe) and something called "brewers yeast" - not sure it helped but I have very few health problems....

You are a brave soul to take that many a day...they come back on ya. It may work for Ostheo...but not Rheumatoid. It helps with circulation and I believe it gives some viscosity to the existing synovial fluid. Flax seed oil is good as well and grinding up a hand full of flax seeds to sprinkle on salads or steamed veggies is a good source of getting that. I tried a lot of things over the years to help but I just got more sick and lost weight to a point of my own survival being in jeopardy. Drinking adequate water is also a help to flush toxins and hydrate joints and muscles. Glad you feel better

yes water is good for the joints

I have heard ostheo is painful, rheumatoid is like taking the problems you have with a couple joints and placing it in every joint
