"I did it."....that was BHO's comment after learning he'd been reelected President. What a curious thing to say...."did what" exactly? 
It's safe to say he meant he'd okey-doked the fools TWICE and was now our King. Why not? The Armani suits....long black limos, Marines saluting HIM...women staring at him, fainting even, the press slobbering all over themselves, correcting his slips? of the tongue ("57 states", "my muslim faith", "if you like your plan you can keep it" etc).
Don't kings rule by decree? Aren't the legislatures just stiffs who rubber-stamp his orders....knowing that if they fail, they could end up on the yard-arm or worse....condemned to be a lobbyist until released from servitude?
And now Hussein has ordered the insurance companies to reinstate the coverage he destroyed. Can he do that?
Not legally, no he can't. Does that matter to Hussein? No it doesn't. Has his decree made things worse? Probably.
But hey, we're talking about Barrack Hussein Obama....he did it, remember?
