Lincoln is considered one of our greatest presidents because he held the country together through a time of great adversity like no other president experienced. However, the price was 600,000 dead. Also, Lincoln was assassinated in office. For whatever reason, history usually judges presidents that were assassinated less harshly than those that live to a ripe old age after being president. It's just my opinion, but I think Abe Lincoln is over rated.
I don't care that much for Trump either, but I like him better than the socialist democrats.
