how will putin treat ukraine after a victory?

Name me one war or conflict the Ukrainians assisted the USA.
Like Normandy, Korea, Vietnam etc... ???

Not 1 Dollar spent by Ukraine assisting USA in Normandy, Korea or Vietnam.
Yet, each time Ukrainians visit Washington they pretend to be greatests ally deserving hundreds of billions of $.
"No thank you"-guys will take power in January.
Pitty Ukrainians, back in time you should've supported USA like sent some Ukrainian GIs to the shores of Normandy.

Why should we care about Ukraine ?

The amount of food they produce and some of the natural resources they have.

Also, the bigger Russia gets, the more problems the US has.

Who'd be next? Georgia probably. An invasion. Then who's next after this? And after that?

In all these 'conflicts' Ukraine was on the other side. Why are you speaking on behalf of the US, I wonder. Are you American?

ukraine language will be verboten
No. Ukrainian language (which, in fact, is not a "language" but a "dialect") is one of official languages in Crimea and Kherson oblast. Russian Constitution guarantees to citizens free usage of their languages.

Exactly, Ukraine did hate the USA for their freedoms in Normandy, Korea, Vietnam.

Now Ukraine loves freedom, but does not like elections as Zelensky's term already ended, but he still rules Ukraine by martial law.
That's typical freedom-hating Dictator behavior.
Why should he be taken serious by a democratically elected leader like Trump ?

Actually, no. For most citizens of Ukraine "derjavna mova" ("the state's speech") is not "their" language. Some of them usually speak "Russian", some (mostly in villages) speak local dialects like, say, "Lvivska gvara" or "Poltavskiy Surjik".
And no, "mova" isn't "language" ("language" in most Slavic languages is "ya/ezik"), "mova" means "speech".

Ukraine, as part of the Soviet Union, made much more than what the US and its allies ever did in Normandy and elsewhere. Vietnam was a disgrace for America. Korea War was partially successful, though methods used there weren't much different from those used later in Vietnam.

Zelensky should be taken seriously nowhere, at least not by those who bothers about their reputation.
