Index funds change either annually as with the S&P and Russel indices or when the Index starts looking hinky relative to the other indices as with the Dow. Since regulations, penalties for outsourcing and taxes are all scheduled to change within the first 100 days. That will change valuations as well. That will create volatility in index funds in particular. What is your expected result?
