How to solve the fentanyl crisis. ?

Not altogether, but it did end rampant public drunkenness.
Actually, the old prohibitionists were right. Many of their warnings actually came to pass like teenage drinking.

The difference is, not everyone who has a drink becomes a raging alcoholic. People can have a beer and go back to work. There are those that can have a glass of champagne on New Years Eve and never again until next New Years. With the drugs that we have the incidence of addiction is very high. Accidental addictions occur with chronic pain. The level of impairment reaches 100%. Cigarettes have a very high rate of addiction but no rate of impairment. No one ever had a car accident when the one for the road was a Marlboro.

That's why it is a really stupid idea to legalize drugs.

I had a fly ash from a cigarette go into my eye while I was driving. Blinded, I hit the brakes and stopped in the middle of an intersection. Thankfully there were no other cars around. I also heard of a case where a driver reached for a pack of cigarettes on the floor of his pickup and hit and killed a woman jogger.

Taking the advice of governments bought and sold to the cartels who deliver nor wanted outcomes whatsoever once again?

They never solved the cocaine problem and there is no way anyone can solve the fentanyl problem. It's all about money and how much can be made so people are willing to break the law. Next somebody will say you can lower the crime rate.

So is water.

That's why using coffee, Tylenol and cigarettes as comparisons fail.
What if you didn’t know how much caffeine or Tylenol you were taking? What if you just took someones word on what you were taking?

What if! Deep subject. Suppose you asked someone for a Tylenol and they gave you a fake Tylenol filled with fentanyl?

That could happen today. What if they gave you a Tylenol filled with cyanide? Wait, that already happened!!

"On September 29, 1982, three Chicago area residents become ill and die after ingesting Extra-Strength Tylenol later found to be poisoned with cyanide."

You can buy Cyanide right now. Shouldn't that be illegal?
