How to ignore users who 'limit who may view their profile?'

Have only ignored once or twice but trying just now realize I haven't the foggiest other than going to their profile and hitting the ignore on it. But this user limits who may view their profile so what do I do?

Even if the poster limits what you can see, just click on their name at their post, and there will be an ignore function right there in the pop-up.
