On a larger scale, the easiest way to permanently cripple/lobotomize & utterly marginalize Islam filth is to nuke Mecca during the Hajj. I've studied this Nazi religion for enough years and muslim fiilth are 1000x more emotionally, psychologically connected to Mecca than Christians are to the Vatican or Jews are to Jerusalem.
