Considering that Jim Crow ended about 60 years ago, this is a pretty tired argument. Conversely, various left wing ideologies still dominate our institutions today. The Fortune 500 even embraces DEI (and various other rebrandings of it).

Considering the president grew up during Jim Crow, and the president before him grew up under Jim Crow, etc., etc, and many of the members of both houses of congress grew up under Jim Crow you need to understand that the mentality that existed during Jim Crow still exists in part of the white culture. You are an example.

Left wing ideology doesn't dominate anything, and this whining fake victimhood by the rights is what's tired. DEI is a good thing created to stop the very fascism I was taking about. So today the fascists are trying to reverse things and use policies created to provide equal rights against us. So today we have whites crying about DEI being racist even though whites are the majority in the companies participating in the policies. It's dishonest and is another part of the history of white backlash against equal opportunity.
