How basic a vehicle would you settle for, whether electric or gas-powered? What accessories can you do without?

Make it in a gasser 4X4 w/15" wheels and I'm in......Make 75 R 15 tires great again.

6 plugs, one set of points, one fan belt , manual choke......but i did install an 8 track so i could play beach boys......

I like a gas fueled car with no bells or whistles but I'd want a heated seat.
