I use them once in a blue moon, maybe like 2 or 3 times a year.

I rarely dine at fast food or chain restaurants.
I prefer the quality of food at Mom and Pop/Family owned restaurants

I have never had food delivered to my home

Not very often.....I think the last was a large chili at Wendys.

Meh, not the best but it filled the hole and had some nutritional value.

Even though I can easily afford it I balk at paying out the ass for the substandard fare the FF places offer.....I carry my provender with me.

Rarely. Except for pizza. Pizza has my heart.
But I mostly cook. That way I know exactly what I am putting in my body.
Frozen dinners, drive thrus etc. Those are not for me.

We almost never get a meal from fast food, but will go to them for a specific item. Chick-fil-a currently has a Banana Pudding shake. Soon they will have a Christmas themed one.

Last year I stopped by Wendy's for a Pumpkin Spice Frosty. It was heavenly.

not even a pizza?

I grab fast food maybe once or twice a month when I’m too busy to cook or just craving something quick. It’s definitely convenient, but I try not to rely on it too much.

Rarely, I voted once in a blue moon. But even if I wanted to, there are so few fast food places where I could eat, since I don't eat meat. I like Chipotle, because they have options for me, and the customized burritos are actually gud, and filling. :)

But I almost always cook at home, and I like it that way, it's better and less spendy.

Virtually never. The last time was traveling and we were in West VA and there was just nothing else. So we stopped at a Wendy's and it was exactly everything that makes me never eat fast food. - this was 4 years ago I think.

I've cut out deli meats. I've always read labels but now i'm looking at them in a different way. Even though it costs more i do not use walmart brands because they are consistently unhealthy. For instance. Cottage cheese... Compare Daisy, breakstone and the GV brand. Maybe i'll post them here. Let me see if i can find them.

GV: not a great photo but you can see the number of ingredients...things you don't need. breakstone is in the middle. Not as good as daisy but way better than GV, your health is worth the extra cost.

Every now and then when neither of us feel like cooking, we might grab fast food from somewhere. We often try to get something a bit healthier like Chicken Teriyaki or maybe sweet and sour something from a local Asian restaurant or a burrito or tacos or pizza or whatever. And if we are just not wanting to fight traffic we will even McDonalds it as we have one less than 5 minutes from the house. But this happens no more than a very few times a month.

For the most part I do try to feed us healthy meals.

When we bought our two little dogs 11 years ago, they would hardly eat deli meat from the supermarket, so we stopped buying it. That's when we found out the meat was full of chemicals.

We bought 3 pizza stones and make our own with OO flour. Not as convenient, but we can control the ingredients.

Our pets, i mean all of ours... Americans... pets were healthier before the 'scientific' dog foods and vaccines for these dogs. CLEARLY they've 'IMPROVED' the vaxxes for pets so that they are dying of cancer, diabetes, kidney liver failure and more than they have ever died from. They are not as healthy. Our pets can be said to be the canary in the coal mine.
