How might Biden announce his resignation if he decides to just quit everything?

I recognize that there is no existing evidence that Biden intends to resign when he addresses the nation on Wednesday. In fact, I don’t expect him to do so. But I also wouldn’t be shocked if he did.

However: if he does announce his resignation, how will he do so?

Will he do so in the serious manner taken by Nixon?

Or will he basically tell America to go **** itself?
