The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. Companies will learn the hard way, that it's not going to work.

Companies now, are complaining they don't have enough employees to run their businesses and companies. That will get cut in half, at least, if they fire people for not getting this "vaccine".

Companies will also have to shell out millions of dollars in payouts for firing these people, including human rights violations and illegal termination of employment. Law firms are apparently already gearing up for this onslaught of civil rights/employment rights lawsuits.

Companies will not only lose money from firing these people, but also from having to pay overtime for those left who will have to fill in for all those fired, and having to pay to train new people......if they can find them.

Companies will also have to pay for their unemployment benefits.

This "mandate" is not legal precipice for companies to take these actions. It's only the government asking companies to set up a policy when it comes to vax vs anti-vax. This is NOT a law, it is an official request, nothing more.

Companies and businesses will be losing billions of dollars over this shitstorm scamdemic.
But it won't last. They can't operate without employees. They will face one of three choices..........1. Cut the business/company down in size, cut off the growth and expansion perspective. 2. Go out of business. 3. Tell Biden to go fuck himself, and get back to normal operations.
