If we can develop anti-aging pills or vaccines I;d like to live as long as I want. Maybe a few thousand years? Of course if things are interesting and I am doing well I could live longer.

I don't dwell on it. I figure, so far so good. After seven and a half decades, I'm still healthy, but the changes I've seen make me wonder if I want to live much longer. LOL, a good analogy is "Why do men usually die before their wives?" "Because they WANT to."

Not every 80 year old is a veg. I know golfers who still have some game at 80 plus.

After being away from the game for about 15 years now, I had occasion to go to Top Golf in Tampa recently, LOL. I was told, "I can see why you haven't picked up a club in a long time." Not that I was ever much more than a duffer, my swing REALLY SUCKS now.
