I receive an email every morning from Bloomberg. I can't create a post because there is no link provided. Am I allowed to post the story?

Example: "NATO countries are moving toward spending 5% of their GDP on defense by 2032, people familiar with the matter said, in what could be the biggest increase since the Cold War. This would probably make Donald Trump happy—since his first mandate he has pointed the finger at allies for failing to meet a long-standing 2% threshold. Foreign ministers of the alliance will meet in Turkey today and tomorrow."

It took me all of two seconds to find a valid link.

(Bloomberg) -- NATO allies have started cobbling together an agreement to significantly boost defense spending in a way that may assuage US President Donald Trump’s demand to spend 5% of economic output on the military.

/----/ Thanks, but not everyone accepts CNN as a reliable source. Bloomberg is a bit better. So, I'm not allowed to start a thread by only citing the source without a link?

That's up to the mods.

If you would put (-Bloomberg) after it, I would allow it from you but then again you are on the up and up....Not so much with the leftists here.

You caught on to that pretty quick. You're sharp as a pin. They don't call you pinhead for nothing. A source with no way to verify is not a credible source.

/----/ Violating posting guidelines, Cellblock2429 bad. Attempting to adhere to posting guidelines, Cellblock2429 bad.
