It seems like cheating to me to hire somebody based on gender, race, or sexuality. OhPleaseJustQuit, JGalt, Thunk, toobfreak, Blaster, and all of the other conservatives on here, does this make any sense to you?

The theory, which liberal Democrats don't really even believe themselves is that government employees have a "right" to say anything they want (as long as it is liberal dogma) while on the job and for programs encouraging them to spread liberal dogma to be funded.

Obviously, there is no such right, and the left knows it.

These actions seek lefty judges, steeped in the teachings of Karl Marx, who will make absurd rulings designed only to slow the Trump administration down.

They can slow him, but they cannot stop him.

.

It absolutely is cheating.

As a highly qualified white woman, I was passed over to give the job I deserved to a highly under-qualified black guy.

I went to the useless ACLU and they said -- in 1992 -- that I had a claim but they weren't interested in pursuing it because I was the only person who made the same claim.

Yeah that definitely is unfair.

Then why is the judge blocking it?

I'm not so certain where Trump's constitutional footing stands on blocking DEI. Is he trying to end it based on morality? Threat to the social framework? Reverse discrimination? It may be that Congress will have to act on this, but other issues like firing federal workers, auditing and closing agencies and birthright citizenship, I feel more certain of Trump's legal footing.

These will be overturned in Trump's favor. In fact, the argument against the 14th Amendment is so strong that I'm surprised that allowing it has remained for so long.
