How are the Dems so confident to reject the offer of Sean O'Brien of the Teamsters or RFK who had 5% at one time? Extremely confident, no?

This would seem to me to be really confident to the point of over-arrogant.

What do they know in their polls that the rest of the world doesn't especially with so few interviews being conducted.

This doesn't make sense at all to me, especially when Harris didn't take Shapiro as her V.P. I don't get it all to be honest.

See below for those who pretend that they haven't been following the news, even though they drool on here over far-left ideology:

Teamsters union declines to endorse in presidential election, breaking decades of precedent

Why didn't Teamsters President Sean O'Brien speak at the Democratic National Convention?

Democrats leaned into pro-labor messaging on Monday and welcomed many prominent union presidents, but it appears they might have snubbed O'Brien, who tried to speak at both parties' conventions

60% of the Teamsters membership favor Trump.

Guess they don't like Communists much.....
The Teamsters' "diverse membership" is code for "Our members are ready to vote against their own financial interests because Glenn Beck got them pissed off about neutral gender bathrooms in North Carolina".

Look, the Teamsters should be concerned about one thing: an upward trajectory for their workers, whether income or conditions. They shouldn't be trying to pacify culture warriors within their ranks.

"Upward trajectory for their workers, whether income or conditions." Indeed. That's why Trump is the real, correct choice for the American working man. Of all races.

Damn, we should apply that same logic to electing presidents.

The rank and file have endorsed Trump. The thug leadership refuses to, even as they enjoy their paychecks provided to them by the same rank and file.

It's kind of funny that you still sport the image of the old fossil that Trump put to rest on June 27th.

Is mass illegal immigration with those willing to work for a fraction of what the unions negotiate good for their salaries? They are losing money to inflation alone.

Perhaps Progs are more interested in the Gender-neutral bathrooms in North Carolina than the Teamsters. Joe would show up at a privileged employment rally like the Teamsters are and never a non-privileged employment rally. It must not be good.

That was unwarranted when you support a cat lady cutup, but generally you're on the right track, imo.
ANN ARBOR, Michigan — As vice president, Kamala Harris has been part of an administration that’s poured more than $50 billion into Rust Belt industry and infrastructure. As the Democrats’ nominee for president, she is hardly mentioning the massive spending as she woos voters in the crucial region.

Instead, Harris and her surrogates are focusing their economic pitch on the “care economy” — policies to expand child care, make housing more affordable and help small businesses — the focus of her first economic speech in August, as well as in a new TV ad. It’s a major pivot from her current boss, President Joe Biden, who made rebuilding domestic manufacturing a core part of his message to voters in the so-called Blue Wall states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, before his reelection bid collapsed in July.

I wish a republican (and one who knows how to act civilly with his fellow Americans) was in the race, though.
