How anti-Obama sentiment affects the 2016 presidential election (even though Obama is non-candidate)

Our current President Barack Obama faces the two-term limit. So the Democratic Party will nominate someone OTHER THAN Obama for President of the U.S.

Nevertheless, anti-Obama Americans still want a Republican/GOP party member elected Prez in 2016. Anti-Obama feelings easily lead to a more general anti-Democratic Party attitude.

It would seem likely the next President will be a Republican, since it is rare for the same party to win three presidential contests in a row.

However, even post-2016/post-Obama, many onetime anti-Obama types will fight extremely hard to make sure the Republican President is reelected in 2020. Bad memories of the Obama years will motivate them.

It's probably why he stayed away during the last elections....except for fundraisers..
