The defense for committing the felony of rape by being drunk is not allowed.

Is this a double standard?

It's not like I think the young man shouldn't face incarceration for his crimes. But something is wrong here.

Whole there are no numbers to corroborate....women paying child support to custodial fathers has increased. As well as increases in Fathers gaining the custodial role of children. The studies are more concerned with overall numbers of child support falling into compliance that who is paying who. (Cant claim numbers when they deliberately do not know)

Where once upon a time fathers were never granted custody of their children in divorce situations. ..now? Not so much is it an automatic.
