This seems to be the trump way, steal the material and hope they let you keep it.
Well these guys aren't gonna let it go. their comment, which I whole heartedly agree with:
âIt has come to our attention that the Department of Homeland Security is improperly using our recording of âGodâs Gonna Cut You Downâ in your latest propaganda video,â the band wrote on Instagram. âItâs obvious that you donât respect Copyright Law and Artist Rights any more than you respect Habeas Corpus and Due Process rights, not to mention the separation of Church and State per the US Constitution.
âFor the record, we hereby order @dhsgov to cease and desist the use of our recording and demand that you immediately pull down your video,â the post continued. âOh, and go f⌠yourselves.â

Popular rock band says Homeland Security used its song without permission: âGo f⌠yourselvesâ
'Itâs obvious that you donât respect Copyright Law and Artist Rights any more than you respect Habeas Corpus and Due Process rights' the band wrote.
