You would think that they would audition people before rather then take all the criticism after a bad preformance.

And yet very young people have done very well. What was to blame for Rosanne Barrs terrible rendition? She was not a young girl.
Maybe some one or perhaps a few should at least hear a singer sing a few bars before they decide to put them up in front of a crowd.

I think its more that the world is full of assholes.

Especially this country.

I like it when not everyone is perfect, I support those who are out there trying.

I support people trying. I think it is very commendable. But failing so miserably in public without those in charge having at least heard they attempt is not the best way to go. Imagine a weight lifter attempting to do a 200 lb lift without anyone knowing he can even do 100 lbs. should he try that in front of everyone or should he at least show that he can do 100 or more?
